    Ignore generated PEG Parser from psalm

    Follow-up of request #17980 Introduced by git #tuleap/stable/ab7e1049c5f6104c339de37ec75d56ae5a30c116
    Following the bump of the pegjs and phpegjs libraries, a new Parser.php file is generated. It introduces a lot of issues flagged by psalm. Previously it was included in psalm's baseline. Given that this is generated code (which should not be hand-fixed), this file should be ignore by psalm checks.
