    Improve the management of closed campaigns

    For now, the only way to close a Testmanagement campaign is to update the related artifact on the artifact view and it's still possible to update the campaign and its tests.

    In order to improve the management of closed campaigns:

    • Add a way to identify closed campaign (✅ request #19723)
    • make a campaign unusable if it is closed (✅ request #19723)
    • Add a way to close/reopen campaign on the campaign view (dropdown)
    • AD/TTM integration: when a release (or milestone) is closed, its campaigns should be automatically closed

    Once a campaign is marked as closed, users cannot anymore run its tests.

    I think it's not enough.

    One should expect that:

    • change tests status (execute them, change the results or the result comment)
    • you cannot add or remove tests

    The closed campaign should be sealed.

    Note about the tight integration between TTM and AD (testplan): when a release (or milestone) is marked as delivered/closed/whatever, shouldn't we close also its campaigns?

    I agree. Closing a release should automatically close all the campaigns.

    Once a campaign is closed, user should be able to reopen it. I update the Original Submission accordingly.
