    Follow up comments are submitted twice when using Chrome/Chromium [74; 78]

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Go to an artifact with a legacy version of Chrome between 74 and 78
    2. Submit a follow up comment

    This is is in fact a Chrome issue: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=977882 It affects very old browsers of Chrome and users encountering the issue should really upgrade their browsers, given Tuleap current policy regarding old browser support a fix will be done. Note that the issue might affect other parts of Tuleap we are not aware of, no proactive verification will be done.
