    Introduce a basic HEALTHCHECK directive in production Docker images

    This is a nice thing to have for Docker/Docker Swarm environments.

    Also it allow us see what's missing for a more complete verification so we can experiment later i.e. what's missing for a proper liveness/readiness probe in a K8S environment.
