It appears that only Tuleap tracker admins can change the artifact status here. I am now able to click on Status or anything in the Stage section. Regarding yours: "Just to be clear the Tuleap core team does not offer any guarantee on issues submitted in this tracker." I'm absolutely OK with that.

Since the request #22622 two days ago, there were 8 more requests from other people which got follow ups from the Tuleap Team. Hence, I no longer expect any reply from Tuleap on my Artifact ID #22622. Just to be clear the Tuleap core team does not offer any guarantee on issues submitted in this tracker. The fact that other artifacts have been updated since your post does not mean your will never be.
