    Artifact modal e2e test should assert submit has succeeded

    While investigating some issues with request #22628, it turned out that the artifact modal end-to-end test was passing despite the fact that the artifact creation / edition could not be submitted.
    Those tests should not pass in such case, they should fail. The end-to-end test should assert that the modal submit is effective.
