    TLP switch should be used only in autosubmit mode

    Since the introduction of TLP switch, two different behaviors coexist in Tuleap: those which auto submit the action when they are clicked and those which do not auto submit.

    The purpose of this request is to replace those which do not auto submit by checkboxes so only one behavior will remains.
