    Send the artifact Id in webhook payload

    We should at least send the artifact_id of the created or updated artifact in the Tracker webhook payload.

    At the moment, the Tracker webhook sends only changeset and make hard to use the payload if the developer wants to do operations in the artifact after.

    Note: The documentation must be updated too.
