    distlp tests are broken because of viewvc

    Since art #28854 the old viewvc theme package is no longer deployed, hence the old /etc/httpd/conf.d/tuleap-plugins/viewvc-theme-tuleap.conf is no longer deployed hence the directory /etc/httpd/conf.d/tuleap-plugins no longer exists hence... trying to move it after docker image install crash.

    Thanks to art #28872 we have moar logs and the was spotted.

    The whole /etc/httpd/conf.d/tuleap-plugins is no longer used since we moved to nginx so we just have to remove all the "move & fixpath" crap around it.
