    Clean baseline plugin ⬡

    There are a few things needing a bit of refactoring in the baseline plugin hexagon regarding the management of role assignments:

    - build RoleAssignment from the Domain + avoid to check everywhere the user group associated to the role belongs to the baseline project

    - stop bypassing the domain for CRUD operations when we need to save them (history + assignments)
