Given an artifact updated with the artifact modal, if there is any error message raised by any REST call, than an error message is displayed at the top of the modal.

If the tracker has enough fields to trigger a scroll on the modal, then the modal must focus on the error message when it's displayed to help user to understand what happened when submitting the form.
