    Deprecation of legacy color palette

    New color palette (based on TLP swatch colors) is alive since 2018, it is time to remove the legacy one.

    Converting old colors to the new ones cannot be done automatically because there are more shades of color in the legacy one. Therefore the plan is to keep selected old colors as is, and at field value edition, user will get only the new palette, with no way back possible.
