    Introduce a tuleap command to gather information on tuleap

    Such a command is useful when an admin should transmit data about a running Tuleap system to someone who should troubleshoot it.

    What is covered right now:

    • Gather tuleap logs in /var/log/tuleap
    • Gather nginx logs in /var/log/nginx
    • Gather tuleap version
    • Gather tuleap config keys except secrets
