In the marvelous world of centos6, having a decent, recent version of git would be too easy for mere mortal so you have to use git 1.7.1
Thanks gods, goddess and stuff like that, integration with gerrit relies on features that came alive in git 1.7.4 (ext::ssh aka git remote ext).

So, we cannot push refs/meta/config (permissions) to Gerrit on migration.
