    Keep all ONLYOFFICE document "save token" alive when document is being edited

    Currently we keep only the "save token" alive for the users currently editing the document. As determining which callback URL will be used is not part of the contract exposed by ONLYOFFICE we should keep all the tokens alive while there is still at least being refreshed. The current situation is problematic because we can end up in a situation where ONLYOFFICE is not able to save to Tuleap the edited document.
