    Migrate move-artifact-action app to Vue3 + Vite + Vitest + Pinia

    The goal of this request is to:

    1. migrate the move-artifact-modal to Vue3 + Composition API
    2. build it using Vite
    3. run its test using Vitest
    4. replace Vuex with Pinia
