    Remove derelict GitLab feature flag from REST tests

    Tuleap GitLab plugin has a REST tests initialization phase, in order to create test data that cannot be directly created in tests, such as GitLab integrated repository and GitLab group. It still sets up a feature flag (feature_flag_gitlab_link_group) that has been removed years ago. We should remove this setup from the code, the flag does not exist anymore.
