    Translations of "Create pull request" modal are not loaded

    Since git #tuleap/stable/f5b01f2ffc938ff762abb9c07db0a7d61d8b0cb3, gettext translations of the "Create pull request" button and modal are no longer loaded. The button is always in English. It should be translated instead.
