    Typing quick service access shortcuts in custom elements inputs kicks keyboard shortcuts

    Typing "Emergency" label in PR labels kicks the keyboard shortcuts (I was directed to test management)

    Tested with Firefox

    This can also happen for everything involving a lazybox: when searching for artifact links in the artifact modal (press "g+e" together) or when editing labels or reviewers for one pull request
