When browsing the changed files using the "diff" view in a pull request, you can view the file differences either on a "unified" view or side-by-side. Both views are affected and are stuck to 300px height. The view should take up the remaining height available on the screen. This makes it difficult to do reviews, as people can only read about 10 lines at a time.
