    Main changes:

    • PHP: 8.2.22 -> 8.2.23
    • Composer: 2.7.7 -> 2.7.9
    • Node.js: 20.15.1 -> 20.17.0
    • Git: 2.45.2 -> 2.46.0
    • Cosign: 2.2.4 -> 2.4.0

    (I'm mainly interested by some of the build deps of our packages like Go 1.22.5 -> 1.22.7).
