Pull request line comment gone after scroll

Hello, I have a bug to report. I was writing a comment on a line in the changes page of a git pull request, and scrolled up within the file to check something, and when I scrolled back down to my comment the textbox was empty. This is in Microsoft Edge Version 131.0.2903.112, with no extensions active. The textbox didn't even lose focus, everything that I had written was just gone. I can verify that it happens on any file in this pull request, if the comment box scrolls far enough off the screen it gets wiped.

If the comment is submitted, the text that was there gets posted, so it's still being stored somewhere, but it's being removed from the text box.
