    Errors are not shown when creating an artifact in the Links field of the modal

    When there is a problem during trackers retrieval, projects retrieval or artifact creation, the Links field does not show the error and keeps spinning. There is a javascript error thrown by Hybrids instead.
    The Links field should show the error message instead.
