    Program increments are not synchronized when adding a team

    When adding a team to a program project, synchronization can fail silently when title field read permission is set to a higher level than registered users.

    When the program management admin synchronizes the program increments, the synchronization is made by a worker with a fake user (id = 0).

    It makes the synchronization fail because this fake user does not have the read permission on the title field of the Program Increments tracker.
