    Disable timeout when starting Tuleap systemd service

    On Tuleap deployments running the DB on the same host than the Tuleap frontend, the DB might take some time to become accessible after a reboot. This can be problematic because the Tuleap service will timeout keeping the service down.

    We can disable the default systemd timeout on this service to avoid the issue.
