    Missing `last_update_by` and `submitted_by` in `/api/tracker_reports/{id}/artifacts`

    When getting tracker report artifacts with api call /api/tracker_reports/{id}/artifacts

    • With flat and flat_with_semicolon_string_array format, both last_update_by and submitted_by fields are missing
    • With nested format, last_update_by and last_update_by_user are missing
