    JIRA cloud imports are broken due to API changes

    JIRA cloud imports cannot be used anymore:

    Query `GET https://example.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/search?jql=project%3D%22IE%22+AND+issuetype%3D10001+ORDER+BY+created+ASC&fields=%2Aall&expand=renderedFields&startAt=0` was not successful (code: 410, message: "Gone"). Jira errors: The requested API has been removed. Please migrate to the /rest/api/3/search/jql API. A full migration guideline is available at https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2046
