Given I went to /account/lostpw, filled my login name, got the recovery email, when I click on the recovery email link (with challenge) then, there is an error because the page cannot load a JavaScript asset. The form can still be submitted, so it does not prevent users from recovering their password.

There should be no error, the JavaScript asset to check the password strength should be loaded.
