The Valkey package was provided by EPEL but since RHEL 9.7 is directly included into AppStream. Rocky Linux did not yet bumped to 9.6 and the package was removed from EPEL. This can block new installations wanting to use the prometheus_metric plugin.

Having the package in our repository for a few days will help with the transition.
