    Bump @vitejs/plugin-vue from 4.x to 6.0.3

    The version of the plugin we use does not pass information about custom elements to the compiler so we get a bunch of warnings when using CE in dev mode.

    This upgrade will also be needed to bump to the latest version of Vite.
