🔥AngularJS - Merge all AngularJS "modules" into a single one

    part of doc #1661

    🗺️ Example commit: git #tuleap/stable/d2e84ba09c175adcd75ca16e7f3fe50ab68ce6c3

ℹ️ AngularJS was invented before ES2015 modules. AngularJS "modules" was a way to define reusable code when everything was just concatenated together in a big file. For the migration, we want to remove them all anyway, so we can merge them together.

    Remaining Apps:

    • [x] Kanban (a test-only module remains)

    • [ ] Test Management

    • ⛔ Pull Request File diff tab - There is an ongoing effort of rewriting the last part of the AngularJS app and then replacing it in one go. See request #44480.
