    Missing title on site administration main page

    /admin does not have a title, and when a feedback is displayed either for ForgeUpgrade not execute or outbound HTTP request, the message is partially hidden behind the top right buttons.

    By adding a title, it moves all the content a little downward and the feedback can now be read fully
