    Start using native TypeScript for typechecking when possible

    Now that we have upgraded to TS 6.0, a lot of our packages can start using TypeScript native to handle the typechecking. It is a lot faster.

    Typescript is not yet officially released but a the type checking part is already considered done and equivalent to what is done with TS 6.0.
