    swagger-ui: 5.32.9 -> 5.32.13

    In order to fix CVE-2026-59879 (advisory) and CVE-2026-59880 (advisory) in the API explorer application, we need to upgrade swagger-ui, because one of its transitive dependencies is an affected immutable version.
