    SOAP-ERROR Parsing WSDL
    When using the “SOAP API” link in the footer of my Tuleap web page I get an XML document with the following error: “SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://tuleap.my-site.com/soap/codendi.wsdl.php?wsdl' : EntityRef: expecting ';'”

    This is the same error I get when trying to connect via the Mylyn connector from Eclipse and explained in https://tuleap.net/plugins/tracker/?aid=5506.

    I installed Tuleap-6.6.99.13-1 on Scientific Linux 6.4 as per the instructions https://tuleap.net/wiki/?group_id=101&pagename=Installation+%26+Administration%2FHow+to+install

    However, when I ran the setup script, I received a permission error. I worked around it as best I could but since I don't know what any of the sub-directories or files should look like I can't really figure out if it all looks right. I also just updated to 6.7.99.4-1 and have the same results.

    I've looked at the bug tracker and other than the above listed miscategorized 'bug', I don't find anything similar. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

    I just gave it a try with a fresh install on centos 6.4 and I got no problem retrieving one artifact via soap (it uses both core + tracker end points)

    Do you have any errors in error_log ?
