    Notify project admins when ldap users are suspended.
    When a given user leave our company, his LDAP login is no more valid and the ldap synchro script suspend this user in codex...
    This enhancement aims to send a notification email to admin of projects he is member of, asking them of to cleanup their projects content related to this user (artifacts assignement, etc...).

    The feature should be available only if a given config param within ldap plugin is set.

    If your development need only one changeset, then you can simply submit your change on refs/for/master.

    Could you please rename this request to better reflect the aim (notify project admins…).

    Ok, i kept the first part of this enhancement which notify project admins after the suspension LDAP users.
    Once integrated, we'll start then second part.
    Could you please create a new branch for this enhancement ?
