    It should not be possible to delete a Default Report
    It should not be possible to delete a Default Report (even a Project Admin). It should only be possible to modify the report. We ran into a case where one of the project admins deleted the Default Report and no one had a copy of it in their Personal Reports. As such no one could access the artifacts for this tracker until the site admin was able to restore it.
