    tracker xml export contains criteria refering to unused elements
    1. Create a field
    2. Use it as a criteria in a report, save the report
    3. Unuse the field
    4. Export the tracker
    5. Try to import it => error.

    This is due to recent developments where we do not export anymore the unused elements in tracker structure.
