Notification mails incorrect formatted and not displayable by client

Original Submission

The problem occured with Tuleap 8.8 but this version was not selectable.

The notification mails sent by the tracer are incorrect formatted and it is not possible for our email client (Lotus Notes) to display them correctly (see attached hardcopy).

We have tried text and html format and both are fault.

As a workaround, you can enable token-based email gateway (in site admin » plugins » tracker), this should fix the issue while the patch is under review.
