    Can't create a new artifact from artifact_link field
    How to reproduce it:
    - 2 Trackers: Release and User Stories with a hierarchy (Release as the parent)
    - Both have an artifact link field
    - Create a new release
    - Update this new release by clicking on "Create a new artifact" from Arttifact Link Field
    - The modal opens, choose "User Stories"...
    - No form is displayed and here is the fatal error :

    PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getArtifacts() on a non-object in /usr/share/tuleap/plugins/tracker/include/Tracker/FormElement/Tracker_FormElement_Field_ArtifactLink.class.php on line 371, referer: https://proto-vitam.mytuleap.com/plugins/tracker/?tracker=22&func=new-artifact-link&id=38&modal=1
