Possible regression: until recently, Tuleap could be used to send email notifications after every 'push' in a Git repo, and the same repo could also be linked to a Jenkins server to allow for continous integration jobs to be performed after every git push. Looks like it's not the case anymore.

Steps to reproduce: configure email notifications in a Git repository settings, and make sure that no Jenkins server is configured. Perform a git push into that repo, and check that email notification is received. Now, add a Jenkins server in hooks part (do not change anything else), and perform a git push again. Email notification should be received as before, but it's not anymore.
