    Add additional features to the plugin Tracker_Encryption
    The original plugin Tracker Encryption has been integrated with missing requests, in this dev we will try to complete all mandatory things :
    •) Limit the max characters of the encrypted field refered to the RSA key's size
    •) Separate the javascript code from mustache files

    Fares, as said by Thomas, new features should described in user stories. Please close this request and open one story per feature you'll add (or if 2 features make sense together, you can group them in one US, I let you appreciate how the work will be split)
