    SVN cache do not remove properly the oldest entry of the cache
    When you encounter the bug, you can not do SVN operations on this repo until Apache is restarted.

    You will get the following trace when it fails to remove the oldest entry:
    [Mon Nov 21 16:41:11 2016] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] Can't call method "unset" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Apache/Tuleap.pm line 299, <DATA> line 522.\n
    Issuing rollback() due to DESTROY without explicit disconnect() of DBD::mysql::db handle tuleap:localhost, <DATA> line 522.
