From Tuleap footer and Help page, I have access to a Privacy page that list what Tuleap collects in term of personal data.

There is a mention about exclusion of usage that can be made of trackers (or wiki, etc) in term personal tracking.

If a wiki or a tracker are being used to collect personal data, it's responsability of user to control, disclose and manage it's own GDPR compliance.
