Overview

This story depends on story #12322. It's still not meant for production use at this stage.

When this is implemented one can do git-lfs over ssh or https transparently.

Technical overview

Need to implement a gitolite command git-lfs-authenticate in order to manage

The new command can be written in any language, be deployed in  /usr/share/gitolite3/commands and whitelisted in /var/lib/gitolite/.gitolite.rc
