I agree, I think it fits better with the user status page to keep suspension related notions and functionalities in once place. I will start working an entry for it.

By the way, I was redacting the release note of 11.13 where I will mention the feature.

It would be a good idea to document how to use the feature in the documentation. I would suggest to make it in a new entry in the security page named "User account lifecycle".

I said to remove the useless change, since he removed the line and it was useless for his dev I asked Houssem to revert his change!

Ok my bad, I didn't interpret it that way, we are trying to understand how we end-up in such situation with 3 reviewers and 6 patchsets.

And in any case @heazzouz didn't take your comment into account at the issue was still there in the last version of the patch + another one was introduced in between :/

@terzino for the record your comment here. introduced a regression in Tuleap as you asked to remove the CLI key (\ProjectManager::FORCE_NEW_PROJECT_CREATION_USAGE), that allow to deploy the new project creation interface.

On top of that, @heazzouz , between patchset 3 and 4 you removed another key (ProjectRegistrationPresenterBuilder::FORGECONFIG_CAN_USE_DEFAULT_SITE_TEMPLATE)
