Functional overview

Finish the little "polish" tasks remaining to have a good "Add-in-place" user experience.
This is a follow-up of story #14148

  • Have a retry mechanism to avoid having concurrent update errors while adding the new card as a child of the swimlane artifact
  • Display the "Plus" button under the card to avoid scrolling down to the bottom of the column when there are very long columns.
  • Fix some issues when combined with drag and drop
  • Have a better feedback of network operations on going (spinner at the first step of the card creation).
