Activate only Taskboard, only Cardwall or both
We have a way to activate Taskboard on all new projects. As there is not yet 100% feature parity with Cardwall, people missing a critical feature can switch back to it as needed.

This story was extracted out of story #14290

This story will provide a per-project activation mechanism for Taskboard and/or Cardwall. By default, all new projects will have Taskboard activated and Cardwall deactivated. However, AgileDashboard administrators will have an option to activate Cardwall, Taskboard or both at the same time.

This activation is provided in order to give people the opportunity to try Taskboard but also to un-block them were they missing a critical feature that was provided by Cardwall.

When Taskboard is activated, all links in the AgileDashboard homepage will reference it (and not Cardwall).
