This is a follow-up to story #16205

Current context section should be augmented for the following services, and should open the dedicated modal:

  • In the document service, "+ New document" and "+ New folder" are displayed.
  • In the git service, "+ New repository" is displayed.
  • In TTM, "+ New campaign" is displayed on the TTM homepage (should "+ New test" be displayed on a given campaign?).
  • In Kanban on a dashboard (personal + project) have the same behaviour than when is run as standalone app
