The template selection at the beginning of the project creation flow should be update to introduce categories:

Template selection

There are 4 categories at the moment (in this order)

1. "Company name". Only if the company has defined templates, in this case this is the default and the category is "unrolled" to propose its templates.
2. "Tuleap". Always there. Propose the existing templates with same rules as of today for "Tuleap section".
3. SAFE
   • Program template
   • Team template
4. For advanced users
   • Empty
   • From another project

New templates

Program Management plugin ships the 2 new project templates:

• Program
• Team

XML needs

Program Management configuration (mappings) can be imported with XML. The following attributes can be imported:

• Source tracker for Program Increments
• Which tracker's artifacts can be planned in Program increments?
• Who can prioritize and plan items into Program Increments?
• Custom name for the Program Increments section
• Custom name for a milestone of type of Program Increment
